Moving On

Campbell River, BC – The Campbell River Storm Junior Hockey Club would like to announce that associate Coach Kyle Sherbaty has stepped down from his position with the organization.  Kyle, who was brought on staff by Lee Stone last year as an associate coach, was an integral part of the team’s turnaround both on and off the ice, and has decided to pursue other options at this time.
“I would like to thank Kevin and Linda Spooner, Lee Stone, Stefan Jensen and the entire Storm organization for the opportunity they have given me this past season. Campbell River was a great first experience in coaching Junior Hockey thanks to the fans and players!” says Kyle Sherbaty.
Head Coach and GM Lee Stone says, “Kyle has been a mainstay on my side throughout my Coaching career and I am sad to see him move on. His experience in dealing with players at many different levels both on and off the ice allowed me to focus on other duties. I wish him the very best of luck with his next step.”
The Storm wish Kyle all the best in his future endeavours. For any additional comment, please contact Head Coach Lee Stone at 250-204-TEAM (8326).
