All instructors are all Collegiate level female athletes looking to give back to local young female athletes.
- Max 24 Skaters
- Max 4 Goaltenders
Off ice training will consist of teaching young athletes the importance of stretching, how to prepare mentally for a game, how to prepare physically for a game as well as off ice conditioning drills and fun games.
We will also have a Q&A on Wednesday.
